🔁 Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• It must be in the original packaging

• You must request the return within 14 days of receiving the item

• Items must be returned to us within 14 days of return approval

Non-returnable items include:

• Personalised or custom-made goods

• Perishable items or sealed hygiene items (if opened)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, a full refund (including standard delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email bellevialondon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
